Terms and Conditions


1. We will send you an RMA number along with detailed information regarding how to proceed. Please ensure that when returning your product that the RMA number is clearly shown on the package to help us identify the Warranty claim.

2. Please do not include any additional items that were not packaged with the product as we are unable to return them to you. Please do ensure that the power supply is included in the package and if possible, send in the original packaging.

3. If you have multiple items for return, please complete a separate RMA Warranty Request Form for each item.

4.Please allow up to 2-3 days for the RMA request to be processed upon submission of this form.

I confirm that I will pack the item securely and understand that ZBS POS will not be held responsible for any damages or losses sustained during transit if it is deemed that I packed the item inadequately.

I understand that if I do not return the product within 7 days of receiving the warranty replacement item, then ZBSPOS CORP is authorized to ACH the full price plus 13% service fee from my bank account or credit card on file. If the payment is rejected due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), NSF fee of $50 will be added plus any application legal and service fee that may have been incurred.
